Attenuated, Freeze Dried I.P.
Combivac RD + IB™ has been manufactured using ≥103.5 EID50 of Avian Infectious Bronchitis “Massachusetts strain” (H-120) virus and ≥ 106 EID50 of Ranikhet disease “LaSota strain” virus stabilized with Lactose 6% and gelatin 0.5% per dose. The vaccine confers protection against Ranikhet disease and Infectious Bronchitis disease.

VACCINATION SCHEDULE :
The vaccine is indicated in young healthy chicks (both broiler and layers) at the age of 4-7 days and repeated at 6-8 weelds and 16-18 weeks. It can be given to chicks at any age if there is prevalence of infectious Bronchitis or Rankihet disease in the area.

ADMINISTRATION :
Vaccine is reconstituted in diluent (4 ml, 20 ml and 40 ml for 100, 500 and 1000 dose vials respectively) or Sterile Normal Saline (0.9% Sodium Chloride). The vaccine can be given in drinking water. Remove drinkers & clean them. Keep chicks thirsty for One Hour. Pour enough clean water in drinkers which can be consumed in one-two hours. Add reconstituted vaccine in appropriate volumes. Add 5 gm of dry milk powder to one litre of water to stabilize vaccine. Add water to drinkers as normally done after 80% of vaccine water is used. Consult veterinary doctor for vaccination schedule etc.

STORAGE :
Store in refrigerator (20 to 80C). Use within expiry date marked on label.
